As of late, I personally Haven’t experienced any amazing experiences with EVGA. I used to have good experiences often, but lack of supplies (Not EVGA’s fault) and no responses from Jacob about customer service regarding longtime members has been disheartening. However, from personal experiences for me, back in the day, EVGA was the best. Cross shipping bad video cards, to be given brand new products was great! Before they messed up on something and threw me $50 EVGA bucks - that was awesome also!! I just Want to hear some recent experiences from the EVGA community that clearly establishes and shows why they are still the best in the business

Well they let me trade on a eight month old 2080super for a new 3080FTW
Just had to pay the differences in what I paid to MSRP on the new card
On top of that they started the three year warranty all over.
Who does that?
EVGA that’s who!
Edit. The card was eleven months old actually
Counting the three months I had it when I signed up for the step up plus the eight month wait
Life is too short to carry a cheap pocket knife

I'm been a moderator here for many years as a volunteer. I have seen EVGA really work harder than any other OEM to help their customers.

I started using EVGA products sometime ago and will continue to do so until such time they give me a reason not to. I prefer the quality of their products, their customer service and support, and the knowledge base both at EVGA Tech Support and here.
Recent events have been a strain on EVGA, but I think their solution, i.e., the GPU queues, was probably the best answer to a bad situation for direct sales.
So yes, I believe they are the best in this business.

Because they are one of the only companies right now that I have been able to find a fair price on a 3060! I hope to get one soon!

Totally sold me the 1080's were having a power issue. Altho mine wasn't they sent me one anyway brand new cross shipped that extended the step up period again and then I was able to step up to a 1080ti. That,s three gpu,s. I don't believe that would have happened anywhere else. EVGA FTW. Of course times change and they have miners to deal with. I'll leave it At that or I'll rant

EVGA has truly rock solid PSU's and extremely well made GPU's. I haven't had much experience with any of their other products, but both of these are top tier.

Glad I read this thread. Thank You I have heard many good things, concerning EVGA as a corporation and it's policies...some very surprising..some a little disappointing. I personally haven't had to RMA any of their equipment...yet (Don't Jinx..Don't Jinx) and this cannot be said for other very good name equipment that I own. Disappointed they dropped the EVGA Bucks for folding but they do have allot of incentives that still use it. I like the people who stand by EVGA and that says allot about them. Both the supporters and the corporation Thanks for giving me an opportunity to comment. Joe

i like EVGA as i like their customer service. I've always had pleasant experiences with CS. I wish i could say the same from competitors

Quality is one of EVGA's best traits. Sadly the chip shortage means not enough people can have EVGA products.

I started my computer hobby decades ago and eventually whittled my list of choice manufacturers down to a very short list. Based upon lots of experience interacting with companies, EVGA stands out among the best and has never let me down. Have their products always been perfect? Not always. Customer service makes up for a lot.
Favorite experience was when my GTX 660Ti FTW Signature 2 came with missing heatsink shroud screw/nut and the CS agent arranged replacement. They sent me the tiny screw and nut next day in a bubble mailer. Wow. I kept the little package and it's boxed up with my relic collection as a reminder that the little things matter.
