oh ok thanks for that. so when installing i actually have to install the cooling system on to the card? Thats what the manual i downloaded says. 

Should just need to install it in your machine.

I just wish I could have the pump at 100% speed all the time whereas have an exclusive control over the radiator fans through X1. Right now its seems like the pump and the radiator fans operate at the same speed ?

The pump is set to 100% all the time I think. It's just set to 12V it seems, it doesn't vary it. 

Hello, sorry for the delay. I had a wedding to go to. but for anyone who is curious, I purchased a 3080ti XC3 ultra hydro copper. I then purchased the hybrid kit. mounted it and installed it in my case, i was worried about the fan control with it being a hydro copper, but they actually worked without a bios install. regardless I emailed EVGA and they supplied me with the 3080ti hybrid XC3 Ultra bios. and it flashed flawlessly and now i have a fully functioning 3080ti XC3 Hybrid. this route was about 1600 dollars all said and done. but it was the only card I could get and couldn't be happier. hope this helps anyone with a hydro copper and doesn't want to custom loop!
