I didn't upload it. Probably no way to tell other than testing it since the only difference between them is the fan curves AFAIK.

You can still control the fan, but it's not the same. Also, the RGB controls don't work as well.

On the 3080 when you flash the hybrid bios, you'll see a Hybrid card in Precision X1 instead of your previous card.

I just got the hybrid kit delivered the other day and am planning on installing it on my 3080Ti ftw3 this weekend. When you say you can control the fan (assuming you're on the stock bios), are you talking about the VRM fan on the shroud or the AIO fans? 
 
I'm going to be replacing the AIO fans anyway with different ones and will likely control them through third party sw, so I'm trying to figure out if I need to go through the trouble of flashing the BIOS at all. 

The way GPUs control fans are not the same as computers. They see RPMs, not percentages. If I have a fan that's 1000 RPM and I put it on my motherboard and tell it to drive 100%, it will spin it at 1000 RPM. If a GPU BIOs is maxed set at 800 RPM, when you set 100%, your fan will spin at 800 RPM not because the fan is spec that way, but because the BIOs is set that way. 
 
BUT, I'm actually not sure about the hybrid kit fans and how they interact with the GPU... I actually optioned to control my radiator fans with my mobo, and I recommend you do the same so your GPU has access to more power. 
 
I want the bios mostly for the RGB control. 

Can someone with this card please upload the OC and Normal BIOS?

It's very easy, you just use GPU-Z and extract the bios from your card with a simple click.

I successfully flashed the bios here but I'm not sure which version it is.

But PX1 shows FTW3 Hybrid in either bios position.

Hey guys! I just got my 3080ti XC3 Hydro copper (was the only one I could get) i also bought the hybrid kit for it, my plan is to mount the hybrid Kit and flash the correct bios to it. But the XC3 hybrid bios hasn't been uploaded yet. can anyone with a 3080ti XC3 Hybrid upload there bios for me???? dying to get this card in my system but am nervous to mount the kit and try before the bios is flashed as im not sure if the hybrid kit on the Hydro copper will function enough to use because of the lack of fans. once i get the bios i plan to make a write up confirming everything worked. with all the searching i haven't found any conclusive evidence of anyone doing this yet. But if it works its one more way People could get some GPUs as it seems the hydro coppers aren't as desirable.

Worse comes to worse, you should be able to flash the XC3 bios and use the fans at least as they might be disabled on your HC, not sure how that BIOs works. That way you can at least use your card.

Well that makes things difficult. I guess he'll have to go on different forums and ask someone for help.

Please e-mail 3090OC@EVGA.com and ask them about the hybrid bios so they can release it sooner.

I have news. EVGA e-mailed me back and told me the BIOs flashing tool will be released later today!

I assume this is an installer, not a rom? Would prefer to use NVFlash. I know that won't brick my card.

The tool is a automated script that runs NVFlash. I believe the ROM is in the folder to. If you want to take a look, I will send it to you via PM.

You don't need to do anything because your card will come with the BIOs on there. We have normal FTW3 cards and we installed the Hybrid kit onto our cards. We're trying to turn our cards into your card actually.
