Hi guys i just want to ask if i will void my warranty on my EVGA FTW3 3080 if i disassemble the cards backplate and cooler and spray paint it white to match my build thanks for anyone would answer..

I believe that they've answered that any modification that can't be removed to be stock, such as painting, will void the warranty. Yes, it's on the warranty page: https://www.evga.com/warranty/graphics-cards/ What is not covered by this Limited WarrantyThis Limited Warranty applies only to Products used in accordance with this Limited Warranty and EVGA's published documentation, and does not cover:- Direct usage of paint, submersion of the graphic card in oil, use of adhesives or glues on any part of the Product, usage of solder to the PCB, electronics and/or component modification.

You could always get this guy to craft a custom white backplate for you. That way you could swap the stock plate back in if you need to RMA/Sell. GPU backplates | Jmmods

YES _ BUT _ ....
Painting it WILL VOID warranty ,.... BUT ... if you use the removeable plasti-dip style 'paint' ..it can be removed pretty easy and no harm is done .

Painting voids the warranty as previously mentioned. When an item has to go to repair (RMA) it must be in the same condition as when you bought it with no physical changes and no physical damage.
