Awesome thanks for the quick reply. I saw some horror stories of people being shipped loose cards in badly wrapped boxes, one of them came with a bent io bracket. Glad to see that is not an ongoing thing. I highly doubt my card would survive the trip from California to Canada in a badly wrapped box.

Have you heard that of the Step Up replacements?  I can see that happening with a warranty replacement.  I think it would be very odd if that happened to someone with a Step Up replacement.

I entered the  step up queue on 10/12. When do you guys think it'll be my turn to send in my gpu and receive the 3080?

Step up step 1 on Sep. 17 at 10:40am. Still no step 2 email.

Honestly im happy evga has this kind of program. I just got into pc gaming and bought a 2070 super a couple months before they released the 3000 series. So I appreciate that i can step up to the 3080... but at the rate this is moving its kinda depressing lol. I was hoping December-January.
 
I know someone that entered the notify queue for the 3080 about 3 times since october. And has received all 3 already. 

Most people don't have 2400 to drop on 3 full priced cards. That's a high end brand new gaming rig. And yeah this wait sucks
But their queue system is the only reason that happened too. Outside of snagging one online before someone else who put a payment in faster or something got to it first.
But stepping up from a 1080 to a 1080ti wasn't this long, and they weren't as expensive either, so I'm sure it's a combination of PC gaming being more popular than ever, lockdowns/distancing meaning increased free time, and less than ideal supply from nvidia's side.
Taking in used cards has a warehouse holding cost, an employee validation of its function cost, a relisting cost, taking away market share cost (every post on PCPARTPICKER with one of their cards could be likened to an ad) by allocating cards that could've been paid in full for, etc.
And while they may sell the old cards eventually, having them sit in on a shelf means less room for incoming shipments of new cards/less room for new product sales in general.
If the PR hit from offering this program becomes more than the PR gain, well, I wouldn't keep doing it if I were in their shoes at that point.
I'm sure they're doing their best to get us all a card and regular customers cards too.
Hence adding a queue system they didn't need to do, money spends the same from someone waiting or bulk buying with many refreshes of the web page.

I'm on the same boat.  Fedex tried to deliver it on Friday, but no one was there to sign for it.

Can someone link me the editable version of the step up sheet? I just realized my time was incorrect (PST not EST) and want to update.

Shipped mine via usps, they weren’t able to deliver it friday, says they will attempt next business day but havent seen any movement on it yet today. Hopefully it doesn’t get lost in the sea of package.

Generally the shipping/receiving area for a company, I'm guessing they just need to unbox it now.

Mine still shows Pending for Received. I paid for ground shipping not sure if that makes any difference

have they stopped updating this? I added myself for 9/25 almost 2 months ago now - still not on this list
