EVGA 1000GQ, 1000W Gold Power Supply

Greetings
I have a Z390 AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE SYSTEM THAT USES THE SUBJECT POWER SUPPLY. Worked great until recently. We shut down for the hurricane, I unplugged everything. Stayed off for 6 days. Upon turning power back on the power button on the motherboard lights up but does nothing. The main case power button has no effect either.
Please advise.
