Here is my situation: I have two PCI-E power cables available on the Enermax MAXREVO 1350W. Further, each one of those two cables has two [6+2=8 pin] plugs for the EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra. So, I have 4x [6+2=8 pin] plugs available where three are required. Now, I know there's more to it than just having four [6+2=8 pin] connectors available.  So I'm looking to get schooled on this.

The Question: Does this PSU meet the requirements for the video card under this configuration - where I plug in just three of those [6+2=8 pin] plugs into the EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra?  Or would you recommend a new PSU with three dedicated 8 pin PCI-E leads?

Enermax MAXREVO 1350W PSU link for technical data.  Mfg date: 2011.

Update: I have acquired a Seasonic PRIME Ultra 1000W 80PLUS Titanium.  Now, I honestly don't know exactly what I've gotten myself into.  I saw another post where there were questions over "single rail" vs. "multirail" or something to that effect and I found that confusing.  All I need to know is: Will this PSU power my system with an EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra according to EVGA specification?  Here is the "specifications" page of the seasonic 1000W.

    EVGA Wattage Calculated: 834W
    System:
    i9-7900X OC'd 4.1GHz
    EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra

    3x SSDs [60GB/512GB/2TB]
    1x 256GB M.2
    1x 4TB HDD 7,200 RPM
    64GB DDR4 3200

Very good, sounds like you're ready for a new GPU, I'm guessin.  Did you get a EVGA PSU?  I've heard they have a good reputation.  I honestly don't know why I did not buy an EVGA PSU.  I guess I had seasonic on the brain - which may not be, necessarily, a good thing.

I would have just used your old PSU. I don't know why you replaced it. But I guess replacing an old PSU every once and a while for no reason other than reliability isn't a terrible thing.

I think you'll be fine without having 3 totally separate cables. If you are really worried, get some custom cables made that are 16ga or better with solid pins.
