I can't find drivers for the EVGA P104-100 GPU. Anyone know where I can get it?

It's a GTX 1070..Get the driver from EVGA or NVIDIA, it doesn't matter, they're the same, but NVIDIA has the latest whereas sometimes EVGA doesn't.

I'm still looking for an update that will extend the p104-100 to 8gb of ram. The drivers on nvidia and evga are for game ready gpu's not miners. Their completely different things. you can't be serious.

Sounds like the card may have a problem then. Does this also occur when testing the card in another pc?

I'm not sure just plugged it in and it's got power because the fans are spinning but I can't see it in the device manager. I'm not a tech. Just doing this for personal pleasure, and I don't have multiple pc. why when I only use one at a time anyways. a waste in my opinion. I'm not installing it on a rig either, just in my pc which has a rx570 in it already. i wonder if they aren't playing nice together. i mean nvidia and amd gpu's.

Getting an attitude with everyone that's trying to help isn't going to get you anywhere. He wasn't suggesting you need 2 different PCs but perhaps you have a friend that's willing to let you try it in their PC? Lay off with the snarky comments, none of us actually "work" for EVGA, we come here to help on our own time for free.

If you motherboard has multiple pci-e slots you could also try testing the card in another slot.

Are you installing the GTX 1070 in a system that has a RX 570 along with the AMD drivers?

If so that could be the problem as running both AMD and NVIDIA drivers at the same time most likely will lead to an stability issue.

My advice take out the RX 570 uninstall the AMD driver (also NVIDIA's if already present) restart the system than reinstall only the GTX 1070 and only the NVIDIA driver and see what happens.

    Edit: D'oh! I didn't see this

Are you running windows? If soif you dont install a major pack 1308 or something nvidia drivers just dont work right, so fully update. Also as a mining card you should be able to see the regular nvidia chip drivers though mining driver like those posted in bitcoin talk above will be more efficient. If you arent seeing the cards in device manager at all you arent waitng long enough for windows to detect it or the card is bad. Also I ran a B250 19x pci slot mining board with RX570/580 and 1070ti and gp-104 mining cards all together. If I recall I could get 5x 1070s, 6x AMDs, and 6x GP104s...its been about 2 years since i disassembled the rig. Without the GPU 104s I was capped at the 11 nvidia/amd. Also there were some issues on the amd side, I had to load specific "red" drivers for mining, but that was an amd issue.

Also how long are you giving them for the board to see them nvidia has to drive each card driver separately and black out the screen and such...for the first load it takes a long time. I'd recommend deleting all drivers and gpus out of the system then adding and detecting them. My system took like 2 hours the first time it loaded all the drivers.

Also what are you attempting to mine? Unless your power is free you will be lucky to get usd$0.50/day in ETH and that's one of the highest profit today with that gpu.
