Anyone else having RMA issues lately with EVGA? They received and lost my GPU

I tried to RMA my 2080 Ti FTW3 Hydro Coppper last month to have them check out issues with the water block; they did a thorough cleaning and said they will ship it back as is. It's been a month now and they have no idea where my GPU is, they are still trying to track it down over at EVGA. Their system shows that it was never shipped out to me.

 
They received my card on 5/22/2020, gave me a call on 6/2/2020 letting me know that they finish some light maintenance on the card and will ship it back. I have been calling every week, they still have no idea what happened to my card and insist I keep waiting until they track it down.

 
Anyone else with similar experiences? Could I expect any sort of compensation in the worst case scenario (my card is never found)?

    I'm very sorry to hear that this has happen.  Our facilities are currently closed however I will personally take a look in to your case number and reach back out to you in the morning via the email we have on file with an update.
