USB Cable - CLC 240

I Bought a CLC 240 back in 2018, but since the beginning the USB cable didnt work.
My friend gave me his cable and didnt work too.
I tried to change the USB 2.0 Connection and didnt work too.
I already tried to update Motherboard firmware and windows and nothing worked.
This does not even appear in the device manager.
 
What i can do? RMA? Looks like the problem is inside the CLC, not Cable or connection

    Make sure the USB port on the MB functions & is Not damaged
     
    What MB, BIOS version, CPU & OS are you using ?
     
    Errors in Windows Device manager ?
     
    Make sure CPU fan header on MB is set to 100% DC full power ... NOT: PWM or Adaptive ... do Not control this header with software
     
    Make sure software is up to date .... Visual C++ Runtime Redistributable
