Good evening, as I only have 21 days left in order to apply for the step up program, I'm receiving the following message under the Step Up section in the product section.
"There will be temporary suspension on Step-Up service. We apologize for inconvenience caused."
 
Is anybody able to help me out on this one?

    Yes, I saw that this morning as well.  Hopefully the program will be resumed soon.  After the holidays?

    Probably because of the holidays and supply issues, staff are on vacation etc... If you apply for your step up and they are out of stock youll still get your step up even if it takes 6 months for them to get stock. Once youre in, youre in.

    I doubt the Step-Up service will resume until after the new year sometime.   Hopefully exceptions are made if your 90 days expire during the program suspension.
     
    I get the same message today and the clock is still running even if the program is currently suspended...

    OK, it seems that for some reason I was getting logged into the European site instead of the U.S.   After I was able to login to the U.S. site, I am able to start a Step-Up.
