Best Drivers for Win 7

Guys what would you say is the best driver for Windows 7 Pro and Titan Blacks on x99 platform, anyone with some personal experience.
After I think close to a year I just updated to the latest 431.60 and they seem OK but I've heard of some mouse and other small issue  but maybe the issues are perhaps related to Win 10, can anyone chime on that
 
Btw. I don't game so maybe I wouldn't see any problems but I'm not sure I haven't update drivers in months, maybe years or so, so I don't know what to expect

    What are you doing on your PC ?
     
    I never change driver unless I Need to ..... newest are not always better

    I use for Matlab, Deep learning, Passware Forensic with # of network agents to use my other GPU's on home network.
     
    I was on 399.24 which seem to work OK but I thought I try the newest drivers and I really don't see any different in performance, although they seem to run slightly hotter but not  much. I thought I ask but then again, most guys here game so maybe its unfair question.
     
    I will stay with this platform and cards for a while so I think I might stay with older drivers
