Only in PUBG so far. It's not totally debilitating, but totally frustrating. BF V works fine.
The artifacting is a stuttery looking shadow on vertical textures (think shipping crates, trees, anything that is vertical though) when looking around.
Monitor is LG 32" 144hz, Freesync enabled or disabled no change.
I get great frame rate.
Trying to decide if I should RMA it or hang on to it knowing it's a driver issue.

No OC on graphics card (because I want to rule that out), 7700k @ 5.1GHZ, MSI z270 mobo
Anyone else having issues with super line and PUBG?

    So it's a driver issue?

    Welcome to the Forum
Seems to be more of a Game Issue than a Hardware issue.
A Driver issue is not grounds for an RMA.
Then it could be the NVIDIA Driver Version you are running.
What is the Recommend Game Driver?

    Bcav,
I'm saying that the fact that it doesn't function properly is grounds for an RMA, and if I find that it does not work as well as my 1070, I would consider that to be "malfunctioning".
Also, there is currently only 1 driver that works with the "super" line, the latest, so that's the driver.

    Sajin,
I do not know if it is a driver issue or not. What I do know is that plenty people play PUBG with similar 2070, 2080, etc cards and it works fine.
If it is a driver issue than I need to know, because otherwise I am forced to assume it's malfunctioning and return it.

    Aloha,

Also, I have now tested this card in another competent computer and same results. The 2nd test computer does not have a freesync monitor, so that's able to be ruled out.

Show some pictures of this.  If all the other games work fine, then it's a problem that PUBG Corp needs to address with Nvidia.

You need to test it with other game titles and benchmarks if possible.  Testing it on one game doesn't help troubleshoot the issue.  Need more collaboration of evidence so we know what we think is going on.

It does seem like the PUBG forum does mention some issues with the latest patch of the game but I would assume that the bug would also be the same on a 1070. I would report the bug on the PUGB forums and see if it's a reported issue. I don't want you to feel like you shouldn't check back here I just feel that the best way to address the issue since the 2070 Super just launched is to let the developer know in case it's an issue that they would have to fix with a patch since the quicker they know the faster it's fixed.

Thanks for replies. There is definitely a major driver issue going on, as can easily be seen in NVIDIA forums. I just hate not knowing if my issue may be a bunk card, or a driver issue, as it's brand new.
I think I'm going to hang on to the card, as I believe EVGA will take care of me on this.

I have the same card, I would suggest emailing their support from now so they have it on record. You may find the card starts crashing your computer in a few weeks, if so refer to the ticket you created. I have the same card, I get subtle glitches until it dies.

Here's a video from nvidia experience capture. The glitch/stuttering can be seen.
Wait, can I not post the link to my video?
I guess not. Here is the video id, search you tube for it:   HKu0L1kYkJg
    Thanks again for help, guys.

    Sajin,
I have never had to use v-sync. Adaptive sync, gsync in this case, should work as well with a 2070 as it did with a 1070, don't u think? Also, v-sync and gsync together is a big no-no. I suppose I could try it just to see what the result is.

    Actually it isn't... https://www.blurbusters.com/gsync/gsync101-input-lag-tests-and-settings/14/

Ok, I tried with v-sync on and it does look more stable, but instead of constant sync issues it seems to hitch a frame every few seconds.

Disable freesync, and only leave v-sync on. Same, worse, or better?

If others are reporting it then it will probably be fixed pretty quickly since PUBG is a popular game. Only times issues like this stick around is when one side says that a fix needs to be applied on the game side and the developer blames the graphics card for the issue.

    Which LG monitor is it?

I also don't use Discord hooked into my game, and it seems to be very stable.  Try turning that off as well.

    In NVCP:
    1) Pre-rendered frames 1
    2) Power Management Mode: Adaptive or Prefer Maximum Performance
    3) G-Sync on (Fullscreen only)
    4) V-sync (ON)

    In PUBG:
Make sure uncapped frame rate, and game is set to fullscreen.

Give this a shot, and let me know how it fares for you.  I do know that on Miramar, there's a few areas which have flickering textures and stuff.  But, in the video you showed, it showed absolutely nothing except minor stuttering.  And at that point, it's just bad settings.

Thanks re-invented, and everyone. I use those settings normally, aside from v-sync on. Am I wrong that by using gsync (on a freesync compatible monitor that has been working flawlessly) with v-sync that i'm defeating the entire purpose of having variable refresh rate monitor?

No reason to use g-sync on a freesync monitor as you don't have the g-sync hardware in your monitor. Using freesync with vsync isn't a problem.
