That is because you have CSM Disabled in the Motherboard Bios, It was a known issue and now seems to be back

Then Please Post your Event Error info as Text and not as an Image so we can help you with this Issue.
By the way you would be better Off Installing a Fresh OS with CSM Disabled and Set to UEFI Boot.
You would need to Clean your Drives Deleting the Data using Diskpart and using the Clean Command.
Sounds like left over drives from Windows 7/8 or even XP.
Change the View to General as well so you can copy the Text and post it here.

Have you looked up or asked this same question over on the Asus & GIGA-BYTE Support Forums?
When you installed this Driver did you remove the old one first and then Run DDU in Safe Mode?

Remove the Driver and then Run DDU in Safe Mode restart and then Install the Current Driver
Disconnect for your Network before you start to keep Windows from install the Drivers.

That is because you have CSM Disabled in the Motherboard Bios, It was a known issue and now seems to be back
See Anyone else seeing this Error CMDre 00000001 00000200 00000000 00000005 00000006 (Fixed)

You can test by setting CSM to Enable in the Bios and the other settings under CSM to Do not launch.

its not the same issue, this new one is resulting in corrupted mouse cursors.

    OK
Kind of hard to know what the issues is without being provided any real information in the first place.
