    I did a lot of searching and couldn't find one

    You could ask someone with a CNC/laser or water cutter to make the right cutouts from a blank IO shield, you can get these through Ebay or from Aliexpress (don't want to post shopping links but just looking for "IO shield" will do the trick).
     
    If you feel handy, you can give it a go yourself with a Dremel...it won't look like factory but will do the job and you can spray paint it afterwards to mask rough looking edges or scratches.
