    I looked everywhere and couldn't find one used or in any other condition.

    Yea, usually eBay has various IO Shields in stock... but nothing for this board. And it's quite a unique layout with the dual mini-display ports.

    There are some people who have made their own I/O shields but they're not as good as the original.
