I can only run one monitor off my GPU. The display port socket is not working on the card. How do I activate so that I can run two monitors?

    Your card only has 1 display port output? Have you tried another display port cable?

    Have you tried opening up windows display properties to see both monitors?

    Nvidia control panel as well has multimonitor options.

    So let us know if either one of these see both monitors.
