1080 SC loud coil wine

Hi Guys,
 
im experianceing some terrible coil whine on my 1080 SC. i have just installed a new corsair HX750 power supply to see if that would eliminate it but no luck. the card is less than a year old, how do i start the RMA process and how long does it usually take? im based in the UK

    Did you get a chance to test the card in another system to isolate the noise to the card alone?

    when case side panel make noise even louder I've bought scraps of self-sticking sound absorbing "rubber" mat from my local custom audio installer - when this case side had a resonance issue
