Cant find settings that allow overclocking of cpu and ram.  Only voltages are able to be controlled.  On other motherboards all options are present but on z390 there are only 7 tabs for monitoring with the other 5 tabs for overclockign missing.

EVGA might make good hardware, but their software support is lacking big time.

bios updates and working software controls are non existent.

Im not yet sure if this is false advertising or a bug in the program.  I called customer service and they thought it was a bug, not a undeveloped program. So I will wait and see.

Im following this thru to the end.  Im so sick of false advertising with motherboard companies. It says "tune and monitor your cpu, ram" multiple times in their marketing. I've been on Patreon for a few tech youtubers.  If it is false advertising Im gonna spam them, they usually reply.

Gigabyte is horrendous with false advertising.  1 out of 8 of the featured and heavily marketed programs worked.  It was frustrating because some of the programs where broken and not even updated since 2016 with dozens of google play reviews saying "it does not work".  That means for 3 years Gigabyte has been advertising a program they know does not work and have not even attempted to make it work.

I dont understand why companies advertising things they know are not working.  With EVGA I can see it being bad internal communication, but with Gigabyte they know there is 0 chance of most their advertised programs dont work.  I made sure I explained fully in my RMA to Gigabyte why I was returning their product.  Hopefully with enough RMA's they choose to remove the bad advertising or fix the programs.

I didnt realize adjusting RAM timing/frequency was an intended feature. If you look in the description of this youtube video () there is an unofficial version where you can change Base Clock, Ring Ratio, and Per Core turbo Ratio. If you look at the versions the unofficial E-Leet is version 1.0.6.2 while the official one is 1.0.6 x64. Its possible they have a working version of E-Leet but the ball was dropped on updating the website.

None of those versions work completely.  See the OC lab forum under general discussions.  Kingpin and Tin have posted much about Dark series overclocking, including the unofficial E-Leet versions.

    V. 1.0.6 does not have the overclocking tab which allows multiplier and BCLK adjustment, which makes it useless to me. It does have the Options tab where profiles can be saved and reloaded and the voltage tab. I haven't gone far enough to see whether those tabs work.

    V. 1.0.6.1  and 1.0.6.2 (unofficial) have the overclocking tab which works well to change multiplier and Bclk settings in Windows.  The voltage tab works well, too.  Can't save any profiles with those versions, though, because the Options tab is missing.

I am also missing the Overlocking tab (E-LEET 1.0.6, Z390 FTW, 9700K).  The tab is pictured *in the manual*, so color me confused.

I'm giving this POST a BUMP. EVGA STILL has the old (NON OCing) E-Leet software for download. This is OCT 15 2019 and I have No OC options in Win 10 or Win 7 with their Official E-Leet Software. I PAID $500+ USD for this motherboard and THEY still have not fixed the problem :(
