Hi guys, first time here in the forum, I have a problem with my GTX 970 SC for a week at least. The board has its clocks locked, the gpu clock between 134 ~ 405 mhz, and the memory clock at 324mhz, which corresponds to the perflevel [0] P8. I tried some solutions that involved, reinstall the graphics drivers, try to change the performance level through nvinspector, all without solution. So I opened a ticket in which the technician suggested me to update the bios and says he attached some files, in response, to do this. However, I do not find a link or button to download these files, or I have not received an email, other than the confirmation of the sending of the question, or the evaluation of the service. If anyone can help with either problem or both, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, i tried that, but from Brazil the fone number don't work, same for the skype. I reply in the ticket but no reponses.

Need to do anything more? Like uninstall drivers?

It did not work, it still does the same thing.
