I always wonder why but it's strange because when i do benchmark on cpu-z my cpu score dips down to almost 700.

After a cold boot, there are services with delayed startup which are running in the background and tidying things up (or whatever their function is). Hours later, the services are done, and all of the CPU threads are more available. Your single-threaded score remains pretty much the same because those services don't use all of your CPU threads, so there is always at least one thread available to operate uninhibited.

Are your cpu temps not getting too hot when running the test?


max cpu temp is 49C when doing cpu benchmark. you think my voltages are too low for 4.6ghz @1.2volts

lol,no.
tell you what it is a bug and i can show u why,no need to wait 3 hours.
cold boot benchmark for my 7900x oc 5.0:

6723,not so good,now,we do this:change the test into avx2,rerun:

notice!then we go back to 17.01.64!look whats happening!

it gose up to fuuuking 7664.4,and will not drop anymore no matter how u rerun it!!!u can test it in 30 secs.i promise u got more than what u got now,or after 3 hours using.
