After looking it up, and listening to a lot of members as well as seeing a few other sites talk about it, it turns out the NVidia now has a DLSS for their store. The stock dynamically adjusts in the store as they become available, but if they are not available, they just don’t show anymore.

Sooo, is NVIDIA trying to admit that there is really something wrong with the Founders card, without admitting there is something wrong?  You can no longer buy a 2080ti from NVidia directly.  "RMA rates are within normal limits... [but we will just make this disappear until further notice]"

Of course, I am just speculating, but I figure it will make for an interesting discussion.

eteknix shows this and I went to check, sure enough.. no more 2080ti:
https://www.eteknix.com/g...-nvidias-online-store/

From eteknix:

Is NVIDIA Planning to Recall the RTX 2080 Ti?
Following the news of NVIDIA finally admitting that something is wrong with the RTX 2080 Ti FE, it appears that they have now stopped selling the offending product on their own web store. However, just like the issue “announcement”, they are doing this discreetly and trying to do it quietly. So far at least.
If you go to the GeForce online web store, you will notice that the RTX 2080 Ti is no longer listed. Although the actual product page is still up, once you click on the “Shop All” button, it will return with zero results (see screenshot below). It is also not listed on the side, with only the RTX 2080 and RTX 2070 present.

*if you don’t get the DLSS joke above, the store adjusted like resolution will adjust using DLSS. If it isn’t needed because a store is out of stock, the item will disappear.

I look at the Left and See Nothing... So this is what happens when you release a Ti Card at the sometime you release the Standard Card.

I wonder with this if EVGA is going to replace all our XC Cards with this change?

    Founders Edition.

Seeing how EVGA doesn’t sell the founder edition card, I don’t see why they would do that. First, NVIdia would need to show it is a bigger problem other than founders cards.

Before any AIB will do a recall/replacement, they will need to know what the bigger issue is. NVidia more than likely won’t say a word for a while.

You missed what is shown on the below Page for EVGA Cards, NO Ti Cards are showing any longer. Last week they listed Ti Cards from EVGA.

I wanted two more 1080 Ti KP HC cards when they had them back in stock but was not allowed to buy them because I have two.
This was really the Only reason I got the RTX Cards.

Of course people would. NVidia didn’t even want to admit there was a problem.

The progression of events is weird to watch.

    NVidia:
Launch RTX Quadro 5000, 6000, and 8000 but don’t make them available.
Launch RTX20xx cards at crazy prices.
    20Xx available finally.
    20Xx errors start appearing.
NVidia states “normal numbers, not a cause for concern.”
NVidia states, “ok, there is an issue but only in early cards”
NVidia doesn’t state anything, just removes entire lineup from webstore.

The progression happened pretty quick, so hopefully they found the issue and they are fixing it.

Nvidia stole my lunch money and kicked my dog. Also snuck into my house and redesigned my RTX to get 50% less rays and then didn't even have enough class to announce it via Twitter.

Let us know how the call goes. In the meantime, looks like NVidia is having all sorts of fun screwing up, lol.

If they are Limited Edition, maybe they become more valuable ....

Seems like Nvidia is taking ownership of the issue.  Not sure if they Know the Root Cause & pulled stock or decided to pull stock until its finalized ?

Out of stock can be a cryptic way of saying "quiet voluntary recall"

Seeing how EVGA doesn’t sell the founder edition card, I don’t see why they would do that.

Aren't black editions videocards with a founders PCB but with a third party cooler and no fancy iCX features?
I thought it was that way for the Pascal generation.

    What a disaster... wow

If partner cards are doing fine but the FE cards are failing that means they’ve screwed up a PCB design. Unbelievable.

So, NVidia removes all AIB partner cards because their own are sold out? Really? They still have all of the 2080’s and 2070’s on their site as well, but not a single AIB 2080ti? Weird choice.

Smells like a coverup lol. Why wouldn’t it just show out of stock like it always has?

I am not really worried since it seems like a lot of people have 2080Ti cards going strong so if a problem did exist it's probably the kind of thing where a version 2.0 would come out and we wouldn't hear a single thing about it but the problem would be fixed. Kind of like how the Xbox 360 used to have the red ring of death that went away as the product line continued.

It looks as if NVidia has created a version of “nowinstock” that dynamically adds and removes the products that are available from the NVidia store.

It is very strange that NVidia advertises all of the AIB boards now, as they have never done this in the past.

This is odd, maybe NVIDIA might be closing their on line store and just having the AIB deal with it all.
It is like AI and no more Gaming in one way or on the way.
