1080ti sc Screen color flakes

Hello everyone,
 glad to be one of evga family.
I got my card two days ago. there is red or green flakes appearing ocaasionally when i gaming or video editing as pic show below.
Does any one know what is the problem is？looking for your kindly help。

    Looks like you got yourself a faulty video card. Have you tried using a different display cable? How old is your psu?
