First Impressions with this Der8auer Skylake-X Direct Die Frame FSD8-021 and MX-4 But.... Click on Image for Larger View In all I would say about a 10°C Drop Now Running @ 4600 MHz Now Running @ 4800 MHz Running @ 4500 MHz (AVX2(1)/AVX3(2) Seems to be the Sweet Spot for this CPU.

FYI with the use of LM Bad Note about LM, it dries out after a few weeks, yes weeks. On the X299K had two cores running at 104°C. So Pulled the Cooler off and the LM was dyed out on some parts of the CPU Die. Added some more LM and put the Cooler back on and the Temps are back to normal now. Maybe LM is not meant to be used 24/7

Total Bull. LM doesn't dry out, it was either improperly applied, or it wasn't genuine liquid metal from the start. A properly applied LM doesn't need to be reapplied. The only limitation of LM is that it can't be used with aluminum-based heatsinks, otherwise there should be no issues.

There is No Need to Post that I am Posting Total Bull here. *post edited by Sajin - 3 days ago I am only posting my Findings on my Rig.
