You Need EVGA XOC to adjust the LEDs on the card

The new card is not recognized in your PC ?

What is your MB & BIOS version ?

    What CPU ?

    What PSU ?

Can you see it in BIOS ?

Are All the power cables connected to card ?

    Both the 6-pin PCI-E power & 8-pin PCI-E power - are required

Confirm Card is fully seated in the PCIe slot & locked

Which PCIe slot are you using -- the one closest to the CPU ?

    not recognized by the PC
    CPU is i5
    EVGA 1000W
did not try seeing in BIOS yet...
it was working well for two months.
the G light on the card, not on XOC is blinking red and green. other two lights (M & P) are solid green.
I tried card on another computer and same issue....

ok, thanks Cool GTX! I thought that by telling them the G light was flashing green and red they would be able to tell me what is wrong before I send it back in.
