I uploaded what I thought was the invoice from my Ebay purchase, but it got declined due to purchase information missing. Does anyone know where I go to get the invoice that I need to upload? I can't seem to find instructions anywhere. I searched, and found a forum thread that was supposedly resolved, but someone PMd the guy what to do. I'm trying to get my copy of Destiny 2 and register for the step-up program, but feel lost.

    I'm sorry about the confusion, I have gone ahead and uploaded your eBay invoice to your account. Your specific Step Up is also good for another 80 days. As for the Destiny 2 promotion, your request has been made but it is still pending approval. It can take up to 1-3 business days for the request to be reviewed and approved per our promotional terms and conditions. You check the status of your request here https://www.evga.com/promos/
