After installing 430.39 my PX1 constantly reduces the Target Power setting back down to 100 percent from my saved 125 percent setting.

Could the recent driver update cause this some how? PX1 did not do this prior to the 430.39 update.

The Correct Solution is Right Click on PX1 and Select Run as administrator and it will work fine.

    GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 430.53
Still need to "Run as administrator"

The user needs to know the basic process before implementing and the issue is here is still not fixed and the basic reason is that the process os not been done perfectly. The user needs to run this as an administrator and it will be resolved. The similar issue I have faced on my printer and got because I was unknown to the process.

This is hard to do when Drivers themselves are what is casing the issue, going back to Driver 425.31 works fine without having to Run as administrator.
It is all part of the Computer World.
