EVGA doesn't offer a white psu. Which manufacturer makes your psu?

The OP is probably talking about this 400W PSU. https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=100-N1-0400-L1

Hello Juanmorales and welcome to the EVGA forums! Is the noise from the fan inside the unit hitting something, spinning too fast/pushing air or does it sound like an electrical whining sound?

the sound appears to be like spinning too fast , but the airflow , i can barely feel it with my hand .

and yes it is not white is this model  EVGA 400 N1, 400W.

but for example in the near future everything points that i have to  make  valid my guaranty an change my product.
the thing is , this is the firs computer i built and when i was trying to put the psu in place it got some deep scratches from very sharp screws  from the pc  case  (i cover them with nail paint ) . does that voids my guaranty . also how do i change my product if i live in another country?

An EVGA 400 N1 is a low-end el cheapo PSU..I would expect it to be noisy, actually..You usually just get what you pay for..It only scores a 5.5 out of 10 from JonnyGURU.

If you bought it within 30 days from EVGA, you may get a refund from EVGA and buy a better PSU..Enter your region (Europe, Asia, whatever) at the top-right of the EVGA Warranty page..Or maybe get a refund from the retailer or exchange it for another/better unit.

    Scratching it voids the warranty.

You could put a more quiet fan in it, but that can be discussed later if you're up to the task..That will void the warranty too.

i used most of the  psu calculators and they showed that my system will require like  200w and read that it has a quiet fan...

    Pick a number.

    1. Exchange/RMA it for another PSU of the same kind and hope the next one is better
    2. Get a refund and buy different PSU
    3. Keep it and put up with it
    4. Keep it and put a different/quieter fan in it and void the warranty

You may be interested in getting a PSU that has ECO Mode where the fan stays off at low load/temperature..You would need to get at least one of the 550W units which have that feature.
