EVGA SRX ethernet and USB 3 does not work

Hi everyone,
This is my probleme, I'm using a computer with EVGA SRX as a motherboard, with 64GB DDR3, 2 X 512GB SSD, 1X1TB, 1X2TB, and GTX 550Ti, Windows 10 pro everything was working great, until yesterday I format my computer and I re-installed the same Windows 10 pro, but the ethernet network and my USB ports 3.0 dosn't work ???
I tried everythnig installed all new drivers, I tried the software Driver Pack... Nothing.
I'm asking you for your help and thanks by advance.

    Did you install a new windows 10 build version? If yes, try installing the older build version you were running before.
