I had 2 BenQ monitors (in the USA), and both of them had to go back.
1 got a TON of dead pixels, and the other they replaced it with (brand new), the power button broke in 3 weeks (brand new monitor). I called a service station, and they said to drill a hole right next to the button, and use a stick to turn it on, because all of those benq monitors had that issue. I did that, and the monitor has been fine forever now, but I did have to drill the hole to turn it on. Seems they used a dumb Z shaped piece of plastic to click the power button on, instead of a --- straight line to the power button. And, every service place knew about them after they were out for 2 months, lol.
Good monitor though.
I wont buy them ever again, but good actual panel's they use.
Good to know they still have excellent service though, and you arent out any money.
