Hello all, I have a somewhat more unique issue than the rest.
If I at all try to increase the power limit slider or voltage slider after about a minute of usage my GPU's power limit drops and can't go any higher than 55%.
I cant even complete an entire benchmark.
It still shows it's at the set core and memory clock. Temps never go over 64c either.
I could however just leave the power limit at 100% and the voltage slider at the bottom and OC that way but that sort of defeats the purpose of this card.
Things i've tried: I've tried switching from EVGA precision to MSI Afterburner. I've tried uninstalling all overclocking tools. I've tried reinstalling the Nvidia drivers using DDU. I've tried disability Gsync. I've tried setting the Nvidia drivers to max performance in the Nvidia control panel. I also made sure Windows 10 was in performance mode under power options. I've also tried rolling back nvidia drivers to no avail.
I'm on the master bios if that makes a difference.
