Hi,
Was wondering if anyone could help.
Moved my Gaming Rig (EVGA GTX 1080 / i7-6700K) into the front room.
It's hooked up to a Sony Bravia 4K HDR10 TV ( Model 55XD8005 ).
If I use the Enhanced ports (HDMI 2 and 3) to avail of 4K res at 60FPS (Hz) and HDR - when the screen is Black - I can see white dots flickering all around the screen.
If I switch HDR off ingame or via Display settings and just leave 4K enabled - it isn't half as bad.
It's not noticeable in game when playing Destiny 2 - but everytime the screen goers black - you see it.
If I move to Port 1 or 4 and go back to 1080 - no issues.
I have the latest Geforce Driver - Win 10 is up to date and have the latest TV Firmware updated.
Any help would be appreciated ?
Note - I have a long 10 metre cable and using the following --
KabelDirekt 10m HDMI Cable compatible with HDMI 2.0a/b, 2.0, 1.4a (Ultra HD, 4K, 3D, Full HD, 1080p, HDR, ARC, Highspeed with Ethernet) - PRO Series
