    WOW !!
    I want (need) one.
That card needs to come out soon !!!
    6GB of VRAM ? I'm speechless.
So many questions though, what does this mean for GTX 700 series?

Nothing.  There is no HD8000 competitor coming until later in the year, so there is no threat to nVidia's GTX600 main line-up.  GTX700 may show up at the end of the year to compete with AMD, making Titan a one-off limited-edition specialty product meant only to sell failed Tesla K20X compute cards (which is why there is 6GB there, all professorial cards have more Vram than consumer models).

For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].

Tesla was Nvidia's next project and it didn't go as planned. They "Frankensteined" it and salvaged parts & ideas that equate to Titan.

ah ok, so their original plan didn't go so well so they took a bunch of random components to spice up the Tesla. Then the Titan was born out of the mix

... He named the card in his post

    Tesla K20X

Its a GPGPU card made for professionals, super computers, oil rigs etc.

The Failed cards that did not pass the requirements to be a K20X (and not the K20 I'm gonna assume) is being re-branded as the Titan and sold off to the consumer a low end price so its not a total loss.  Just liked the GTX670 which is a failed GTX680 was sold to us, and so on and so on and so on.
