Fan rattle at startup RTX 2060 SC

Hi guys,
 
I just bought a RTX 2060 SC Black, and it worked well for a few days. Now all of a sudden it makes a weird noice at startup, so I took a closer look..
 
This is what is happening, is this normal? I guess not since it wasn't there when I installed it. Nothing happened to it, and the blades are not obstructed by anything.

    No I don't think so either. Tested it on my second pc, same issue. So it's not PSU or Motherboard related. 


    Guess it's going rma.. too bad. Finally a card without coilwhine, just to have another issue.

    Just do a cross ship rma, and just swap the coolers.

    Ok, so I got another one, and it has exactly the same way of starting... really weird.
