Evga z170 classified 4 way Post 55 code

I installed i7 7700k and 2 16gb sticks of corsair platinum ddr4 3200mhz. I'm am getting a post of 55 I have them in slot 2 and 4. Installed a bios that was sent from evga with 7700k update. Nothing is on j13 and tried cmos reset.

    #1 Try loosening your cpu heatskin a bit.
    #2 Try booting/testing all dimm slots with only a single stick of ram.
    #3 Try using a different set of ram that is listed on the motherboards compatibility list. https://www.evga.com/support/motherboard/

    Was this CPU an upgrade on this board?  If so, and you haven't sold etc the original, can you test the other CPU to make sure it is still functional.
    Also, anything else plugged into the board at this time?
