Evga Precision XOC issue

So i noticed that for the past hour or so my pc has been running painfully sluggishly. I decided to open task manager and i see that it says there are about 3,256 instances of something open under precision xoc. Wasnt able to attempt to close it, as task manager crashed as soon as i clicked on it. Any ideas on why this happened, and how to prevent it from happening again?

    Do they all go away after a Restart.
    I remember this on an Oder Version of PXOC but under the Current.
    Are you using the Steam Version or the Standalone Version and what Version Number?

    I believe this is related to the osd. Disabling the osd should stop the issue from occurring.
