Error trying to submit RMA

Hey,

Support has asked me to log an RMA ticket to have my 1080ti sent in for replacement. Whenever I fill out the RMA form I get this error however.
 
here has been an error while requesting your page, and our team has been notified.
The request from xxxxxxxxxxxxx at 2019-11-18 10:54:56 GMT for the URL /support/submitrma.asp cannot be served due to error 154 on the host au.evga.com.
 
Any advice on what to do?

    clear browser cache

    Worked - cheers! Managed to get it in. It actually did it again when I was trying to upload my receipt but I got around it.

    Haha, wasn't too bad in the end. Do you have much experience with the RMA process? I have a super random question.
     
    I'm in Australia and I just put a request in via email just then (plus via submit ticket too) asking if EVGA could potentially replace my faulty 1080ti SC with a 1080ti FTW 3 as I also have a 1080ti FTW 3 and it would allow me to match them up. Is this a pipe dream? If they can't do it I understand - thought it wouldnt hurt to ask though.

    There is a box to check for SLI setups
     
    RMA stock, is separate & EVGA checks what they have on hand at the time they receive an RAM

    I didn't tick the SLI box as I thought that ment you had the same card twice (I have a 1080ti SC and a 1080ti FTW 3). Dang it
