Will this have any impact on power limits if we have the XOC Beta Bios installed?

MB: Asus ROG X570-E (BIOS 4021) CPU: AMD RYZEN 5800X GPU: EVGA RTX3090 XC3 ULTRA HYBRID (VBIOS 94.02.42.80.C2) I've tried for months getting the resizable bar enabled and still can't it on. Submitted ticket to both Asus and EVGA tech supports and they just kept saying it's the other manufacturer's fault. Is there any possible solution? Thanks in advance!

JyoussiMAKE SURE U HAVE RESIZEABLE BAR AND THE CRYTO MINING OPTION ON NEXT TO IT FOR MSI MOBOARDS i did and experienced instabilities and crashes. especially if you enable crypto and disable re-sizable, my msi board wont even boot. either msi bios is really beta and not stable or nvidia drivers 472.12 are sh!t as well. now rocking 472.12 but without those toggled, will try to experiment later on. but stability is priceless, hated the black screen/driver crashes.

It's not the bios, MSI has had rebar support for quite some time. I have a 570 gaming pro carbon perfectly stable with rebar on both my old EVGA 3080 and my new EVGA 3080Ti. Sounds more like your windows install is not UEFI or an unstable overclock. Also try Nvidia driver 471.41. Although after testing the latest driver on stock settings with Time Spy I don't think it's the driver. https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/66328663?

I'm a bit late to the party here, but this is my experience with REBAR. I received my RTX 3060 Ti XC from EVGA (thanks again guys!) on 12/13/2021. My Asus PRIME-Z590-P motherboard was already running the latest BIOS. I uninstalled all the NVidia drivers and Precision X1, then removed my trusty GTX 1070. After installing the new card and installing the drivers, I rebooted and turned REBAR on in my BIOS, I then reinstalled X1. I did not see any evidence that would indicate that the BIOS was being updated. (I wish I had run GPU-Z beforehand as then I could be sure.) X1 and the NVidia control panel show REBAR as enabled. GPU-Z shows my GPU BIOS as 94.04.6B.00.83

It's because you're a bit late to the party that you don't need to update anything. Over time, we update the BIOS on the cards as we go along, so you already have the ReBAR BIOS on the card.

Exactly what I thought, but I didn't see any posts stating that would be the case. No matter, thanks again EVGA!

I know I am way late to this, I thought this was on by default. But when I go to update it only sees my quatro and lists the 3080 as the second card in X1. My card is still on Video BIOS Version:94.02.71.40.a9
is there a way to force X1 to see the 3080 as the first GPU with out taking out the quatro?

Which slots are both cards using? Is the quatro in slot 1 (closest to the CPU)?

The quatro is in the 4th slot, the 3080 is in the first slot. I also have a capture card in the third (not that it should be causing an issue, but might as well say so incase the info is needed later)

While I can't say it would make any difference have you tried going into the NVIDIA control panel and adjusting the 3d settings to see the 3080 as the primary graphics card to use for X1? Also in the BIOS does it give you options for using integrated graphics or Plug in Graphics? While often not labeled by the card name you can sometimes see an option between two plug in graphics cards.

I have an EVGA 3080 Ti Hydro Copper. Originally no issues to get resizable bar to work. I already had CSM disabled, I just had to select the 2 options for re-bar/memory in my B550 Vision BIOS. I then used the EVGA Precision X1 to update the VBios and verified it showed as enabled.
This PC is a dual boot windows/linux which is set to boot grub which lists the boot options for Linux and Windows. It defaults to boot whatever was chosen on the previous boot. I believe I updated the NVidia drivers both in Windows and Linux prior to any issues.
There were no issues for months after. I then noticed that I would get a black screen instead of the Gigabyte BIOS screen as well as the grub menu on a cold boot, but it would boot up normally into the previously booted O/S. Subsequent reboots would display the BIOS screen and grub menu normally and I could select either linux or windows as before. I was not on the latest BIOS for the motherboard. I did update it to the latest, without success as it will not boot if CSM is disabled and the EVGA 3080Ti is installed. I rolled back to my previous BIOS version.
The black screen on cold boot continued until one day it would no longer boot. This was resolved by resetting CMOS to default. However, now if I disable CSM or enable any of the 2 options for resizable bar, the board will no longer boot until i reset CMOS. I have read the forums regarding resizable bar issues, but it appears mostly issues getting it to initially work. It seems that the only way I would be able to successfully re-flash my VBIOS is if I can get the motherboard to boot using a different video card as primary and hope that the EVGA card will allow the computer to boot when it is installed but not set as primary. Anyone else have similar experience and hopefully solution?
