I got a 1660 super about a month ago from Canada Computers. I just kept visiting the site off and on around 9am-2pm. Saw they had 4 come into stock and managed to get through with credit card entering and got my order in. They still has 2 in stock when I finished my order. I think the bots aren't as fast on CC's website.
I was in store on Tuesday and they said check inventory at 1pm every day. They are receiving stock every day with video cards covering 3070 and 3080s coming in every week. They said EVGAs were regularly in the orders

Well, I said screw it last night, drive 3 1/2 hours to a Microcenter in Westmont, IL and sat outside in 20 degree weather for 5 hours just for the chance that they would have some GPUs. Luckily my efforts weren’t in vain, I was able to get a 3090 FTW3 Ultra. Not my first choice but I’ll take it.

My RTX 3070 XC2 Ultra arrived this week and I listed my EVGA GTX 1080 Ti Gaming Black on eBay and it already has bids over $700. This will be the first video card that completely paid for its replacement. Given, the 3070 is not a huge upgrade in FPS, but I wanted to check out ray tracing. I just listed my even older GTX 960 as well that is just sitting in the closet in its original box.

I mean I keep looking at these daily mining profit numbers given out in all these threads, and it looks to me the most profit one can make is to just turn around and sell the card for $1000+ markup, which equates to almost a year’s worth of mining profit. 🤣
Disclaimer: I know NOTHING about mining (and can comfortably say am not in a position to start mining. Perhaps the mining phenomenon will continue increasingly for years and the ROI for hardware startup will start getting much quicker, then again, lots of people tell me they have a wonderful bridge they have to sell me that I keep passing on, so I’m not the best investor out there. Thinking about all that profit I could have had from bridge tolls over the years keeps me awake at nights. 😰

If you had started mining years ago your profits came from the explosion of the value that it trades for. Those just getting into it are playing the long game. They are also hoping for value increase in the market that it trades for. Its not just about what it makes today or even a year from now. Crypto Currency looks to have a good future.

I got a notify today finally so the 3080 XC3 ultra moved some today. But it is at the current price of $839.99 and not the old price.
