It seems that any notifies before October are affected by this.
As one with Oct 6 on the 3080 FTW3 Ultra, can confirm that this must be the case as my notify is still showing with a big old NO.

I believe there's nothing to worry about. Some have tried to re-register for the same card and after the attempt, it said that they are already registered with the card.
