Apparently I can’t send PMs.  Anyway, many states have laws to basically shield voters from any type of interference or pressure to vote for a specific person or amendment.  The idea is that a citizen should be able to vote in a private manner without pressure from anyone.  Someone handing a voter some food or a beverage while wearing political affiliated clothing or while making political endorsements could be considered pressure.  But I’m from Florida where a voter can’t wear any clothing with a politic reference on it into a voting precinct.
 
 
I agree that there shouldn't be electioneering in line. Perhaps more directly solvable by legislation that says folks cannot wear politically affiliated clothing or engage in electioneering in line...seems rational to me. Thanks for the post.

I don't know how old your daughter is, but the worst witch was one my probably younger daughter enjoys.  She's not out playing sports yet, so I figure around 9-12 for you.  Older than that, and it may not be a great suggestion.
 
On Apple's streaming service, I am just getting started.  Ted Lasso was one that I really enjoyed.  Kind of like Major League, with a more feel-good take.  There are a few others that are supposed to be solid as well, but one was a snoozer for me and the other.. alt history fiction NASA, has been good so far. 
 
Potential suggestions to pass some time before next week ramps up again.

Ted Lasso is fantastic.  Although I am somewhat biased as a football fan (I've participated in my family's EPL fantasy league for the last decade plus; I told you we all were competitive with each other).  Such an optimistic show (If you like it, you might want to try Sunderland 'til I Die...I believe it is Amazon Prime; documentary, not fiction, but the first season is some of the best sports documentary work I've ever seen).  Re Lasso, if it weren't for some of the adult themes, I would watch it all over again with my daughter...but she is still too young.
 
I loved the first season of For All Mankind (which you referenced), but the second season has been a zzzz-fest.  Billy Crudup does fantastic work in The Morning Show, but I am still on the fence about recommending that one...for a variety of reasons.
 
Last tv recommendation...if y'all haven't seen Halt And Catch Fire (Netflix currently has the rights, I believe (it was a FX show)), it gets progressively better over its four seasons.  Fantastic work.

stk97 - Let's kind of stop the invoking moderators as the boogeyman.  They are moderators I'm guessing because they are passionate about evga and gaming and other things like many of us are here.  They do have to put their foot down sometimes.  But the watch out the mods are on edge is kind of lame.  It forces their hand more than someone making a statement then realizing it wasn't exactly taken as the meant to share it.  Or even worse, if you don't stop blah blah blah, we need to get the mods involved.
 
No, we just need to chill, and be kind to each other.  In enewt's case, sometimes he may go a little off tangent trying to not keep saying the same thing over and over, while he updates for you and many others where the state of queues stand for cards.  Give him a little break.  Give the mods a break.  Give yourself a break.  Good luck on your queue position.

Pappy Enewt is the only reason why most of us are still sane after all this wait. Can you imagine having to wait WITHOUT ANY CONCRETE PROOF OR INDICATION of where they are in the queue and when your time will come?
 
Enewt is the only way we have to keep track of the whole thing, nobody else than him deserves more than his code to be used no matter what anyone will say here.

This has already been brought up, and while it's obviously something we would all love to have, EVGA are under no obligation and are extremely unlikely to disclose their exact sale numbers, whether it's via the queue or elsewhere (smart decision; I wouldn't either if I were them).

Current queue timestamp is all we need, nobody asks for their sales numbers.
