Many manufacturers of many products have requirements as to how their products are sold. To be clear my only point in this whole thing is that if you want scalping to decrease you must have action on the part of the supply part of the supply chain not the demand portion. Now that could be done by the manufacturer or distributer or both.
Thank you for making your position clearer. To best of my knowledge, “Distribution Agreements” are not things that a manufacturer change nilly willy whenever the mood takes them, nor do I believe they can include “thou shalt not sell to anyone you cannot verify is a real person!”. I don’t think there can be any use in engaging in this discussion further.

Now, perhaps we can pivot back to talking about meaningful subjects...oh, and observing the continuing saltiness (Pass the popcorn).... When did "enabler" become a bad word? I was watching an old episode of Southern Charm (Bravo) last night on the Peacock...must have been said as a slight like 20 times in under a minute. Why am I watching it? Just started binging it. I think I am watching it because the seasons available for streaming were all filmed pre-pandemic and I am fascinated by the folks eating and drinking out around town. It's like in-person community, food and group gathering p()rn...I may have a problem.

To be honest, bradsour did munch more effort with his Spreadsheets: Spreadsheet Megathread - 20,000+ Entries!
But not intuitive thread name and it isn't stick to the top of forum and he got much less attention than he deserve.
I guess the difference between bradsour and enewt is that, enewt scours the forums and others for individual cards drops and updates his summary google document, while for bradsour, people who have received notification to purchase updates his spreadsheet and he cleans it up for bad entries.

Actual shipping costs will depend entirely on where you have it to delivered to. Small town Minnesota ground shipping was a lot more than $13, lol.

Not sure what you mean. the sales are ongoing for 30-series cards. This is a thread where we try to keep track of who's gotten their notification email to place an order. The queue comes from going to a card's store page on the EVGA store and clicking the "notify me" button. When clicking that, you are placed in a queue and...well...it's mostly explained on the first page of this thread if you want to go read that. The long story short though is that queues are pretty full and pretty slow. Depending on what cards you queue for, you may be waiting for months/indefinitely (nobody knows, unfortunately). If you're talking about the 3080 ti or 3070 ti, well, those are just rumors at this point, we don't know that either. It was January, then February, etc. and now it's rumored to be May, but we don't actually know until there's an announcement.

I recommend "Chef's Table" and "Street Food" series on Netflix. Chef's Table is incredibly well done and addicting to watch...
