I am running for the hills and into the weekend as fast as I can. As always, cuddle your significant other, water your kids/pets and call your parents/siblings.

The midnight hour is confusing. Think of that approval that was before yours as 00:54, not 12:54. You are just fine, and you are only a few hours away, queue wise! None of us can accurately speculate how long that wait will still be, but we can all put your mind at ease and assure you that you have not been skipped. Everything is in order, as it should be.

For which card? I assume the 3080 XC3 Gaming or 3080 XC3 Gaming Black?  Those cards' queues haven't moved in more than a month.

Yes, that queue has finally hit 9/21.  With a registration date of 12/12, you are still months away from from getting an invite to purchase the 3080 FTW3 Ultra.  Sorry I don't have better news.

The other factor that may affect the “six month” expectation is that in October, they publicized that the notification system became a queue system, so the bottleneck once we get to 10/5 and 10/6 could be as large or larger than the launch day bottleneck. There’s no way to know for certain until we get there, but please keep this in mind as the queue starts to speed up. Since you’re in December, there WILL be another big bottleneck come October.

That card isnt being produced for the queue so you honestly shouldnt expect it at all.

Again, no one knows.  But you are very very close.  You were regardless from launch, but Friday was kind to people waiting on this card.  Friday moved a few minutes, which was a pleasant surprise as it didn't seem straggler in nature.  This of course is known because people said hey, let me give other people a head's up.  Best of luck, I hope your number gets called next week.

Nice to see the cheaper one moving a bit. Yay!

Please don't feel stupid! That's an easy mistake to make. I think it's partly why the military uses 00 instead of 12. In a 24 hour clock, you wouldn't have two 12 o'clocks. You'd only have one. You haven't been the first person confused by that, and you probably won't be the last. In fact, when the first person pointed this out, I was confused as well until I thought it through.

That is what the last reported time someone got an email to purchase the card. It is not an indication of when you may see your card.

You signed up on 10/8/20, You have few months still is my prediction unless we see some serious movement.

It's likely that ibuck will hit a straggler drop early next week.  No one knows, because we play guessing games here.  Part of the guessing game is we are thinking about things vs. just wondering what is happening.  Hypothesizing leads to conversations.  Conversations break out of a defined thread construct.  It would be one thing if more time specific information was provided on the state of things from evga directly, but it isn't - likely because of lack of bandwidth.  So every so often some forum users pitch a fit about they just want to know where their status sits, and please stop talking about anything else.  This is odd, because without the input of many people who are in no way employed or affiliated with evga, they would never know.
 
Again, the non-affiliated, non-employed evga fans do not owe anyone else anything.  A lot of people do it because they have been in those shoes.  They want to share.  They aren't robots.  They share more than this specific thread might otherwise be able to share.  We could start new threads, but if everyone who offered up their thoughts freely in this thread disappeared?  This excited guy here would have no idea where he stands, forced to simply check his email every day hoping for good news.  A lot of people have done that for half a year.  Is that better than simply driving away / banning people who are passionate and can carry on more than one conversation? 
 
If we don't attack each other or criticize evga, is it so bad?  Are there any gpu companies not selling out across the board now?  I guess I'm not smart enough to get why trying to ease the salt by suggesting alternatives hurts this specific thread.

Once it hits 10.08.21(and time!) you should get the notification. This date taken from people reports when they got their notification. Basically, it hits your date and time as soon you'll report your notification back to this thread.

Eesh, you guys are adding a year to the wait with that 2021 business at sign-up times.
