I have a question though:
I have option to buy:
1) 3080 XC3 ULTRA (From amazon.com, going to be shipped on monday)
2) 3080 FTW3 ULTRA (From evga.com store)
The price of these are almost the same (by using 5% off associate code).
Which one of these should I go for?

I have had two Amazon gpu orders cancelled.... Also, I prefer the FTW3 Ultra look, but that is just me. Good luck with your decision and thanks for reporting back to the thread!
I second this - had an Amazon order cancelled early on and I too dig the look of the FTW3 Ultra more than the XC. I think, purely aesthetically, it all depends how your build is setup. Performance-wise, I think FTW3 ULTRA has a slight advantage. Plus, you get a bit of joy by kicking back some EVGA bucks to newt for all the work he's doing for the gamer community both on here and on reddit!

They will not skip you. You will get the invite. Per EVGA policy (there is some controversy about whether this should be the "right" policy), you can buy one unit of each sku per address/account. So, again, you will not be skipped. Best of luck! Please refer to the queue summary that I posted earlier this morning (and a version of it is available via a link in my signature block below). But, yes, likely more than a month or two away if you are after 10/6 for the 3897 or 3895 (much longer). Good luck!

Well Looks like my wait is finally over!!!! Just got my E-Mail Notification for a GeForce 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming.
My dates for my E-Mail notify where September 18, 2020 at 1:24:15 P.M.
Good Luck everyone else and hopefully EVGA Cards will start raining down from the sky.

If there is a drop to that queue, you are definitely on the bubble. It will really depend on the volume of the drop. sherikan80

That's happened from time to time. It should work if you click on my associate's banner in my signature block (which should set a cookie for check-out unless you are an associate too -- associate's cannot use associate's codes). I really hate to give predictions as I have zero visibility into what drops are coming up (and how big or small they may be). Moreover, I have zero visibility into how many registrants there are and when they might have signed up. The best I can do -- which I try to do every weekday -- is to provide an update as to where in the timeline the front of each North American queue is based on reporting I receive on the EVGA forums and via other online sites. I am sorry that I cannot provide more clarity or an estimate as to when your name might be called. A representative (Jacob) did suggest that some Hybrid cards may drop to the queue next week, but as to how many and to which queues, I do not have actionable intelligence on which I would feel comfortable asking you to rely. Hopefully you are no more than two or three drops away from your name getting called. Best of luck! MauSerna

how do I join the queue list?
Click on the "auto-notify" buttons associated with the skus that you would consider buying. You can find these on the 30 series product page of each sku on this website. Err on the side of picking more skus than fewer so you have options as to which card comes up first (the queue for each card moves at its own speed). Best of luck! MauSerna

Please check it and report back or send me a PM if you see something different. Thanks for using my Associate’s Code for the discount (which should be 5%). It is appreciated! Update: After clearing my cache and refreshing, the buyer's discount for utilizing an associate's code has, in fact, been reduced to 3%. That is unfortunate, but as my old soccer coach used to say, "it is still better than a kick in the head."

It was adjusted downwards to 3% -- just for graphics cards -- from yesterday to today with zero notice. That is really surprising. I stand corrected. It is still a nice gesture by EVGA, but somewhat disappointing about how it was rolled out.
