The queue will start moving a lot faster once it gets through 9/18. Still, you are likely to get a card from another vendor long before your time stamp comes up if you look around. I have noticed quite a few folks here cancel their time stamps because they found a card elsewhere. That will only increase as time goes on. I think we are getting to the point where the scalpers will start to back off, especially now that Xmas is over. I would also expect to see big drops in early January. EVGA is closed for the holidays, but the Port of Long Beach is open 24/7. There will surely be a small mountain of cards waiting for EVGA employees when they get back at it on 1/4.

EVGA is closed for the holidays, but the Port of Long Beach is open 24/7. There will surely be a small mountain of cards waiting for EVGA employees when they get back at it on 1/4.
That's great, as we inch closer to February I imagine the demand will taper off also

Unlikely. They've always been limited run cards and this time around I think they'll be even moreso as long as the GPU die & vRAM chip shortage continues.

If you go a few pages or more back, I sold a couple of things collecting dust and got the 3080 through OfferUp, pretty much just gave $300 in cash... My original plan was to purchase 2 GPU's 1 for me and 2nd for my son... Yes, I remain on the never-ending waiting game for the 3080 list, which is part of my son's now late Christmas gift.

Crossing my fingers that this monday UPS restarts shipping. Funnily, it seems UPS and ESTAFETA are the only services that stopped working on the 24th and the 26th. They had expected delivery on the 26th but no.. 3 exceptions in a row and now no the 30th D: rjbarker

3080 TI is rumoured to be 1000 USD Also rumors says the speed difference will be minimal compared to a 3080. Just adding the extra 10GB of VRAM for future proofing.

I know this is wishful thinking and naivete on my part, but part of me feels like EVGA should be filling these queues of the faithful, many of which have supported EVGA since before they became as big and successful as they are today. It smarts just a little when folks walk into a store or luck out on Newegg, getting a card that we signed up for on or near day one of release. My closest microcenter is 12 hours away, so I am unable to go wait in the lines frequently as some are able. Regardless, Happy Christmas everyone!! I have enjoyed the company here, at least. Nice to not have to (im)patiently wait alone. Grateful for good and helpful folks on here, and I wish you all the best, as always.

I keep seeing people use '9/18' and '11/24' which look like dates but I want to be sure i am reading that right if anyone has insight.

Hoping someone can help me figure out how the queue works because my notify sign up date was 12/6 for both the 3090 XC3 Hybrid and the 3090 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid but from the queue it looks like that date has already passed and I haven't received any email notification to purchase either one. Am I just misunderstanding how the queue works? EDIT: Nvm, figured it out!
