It's been a long day, but it still feels like it is only half over. My work calls will stretch into the evening a bit and it will be tough to watch the Steam notices pop up as my brothers and friends jump into Valheim or World of Warships together...FOMO will be a significant drag on my spirits. I hope y'all are getting some time away from work and are able to be present with your family and friends, whether that is online, on a call, or an arm's length away.  
 
Update (5:55 pm PT): Here is an update from EVGA re the turning off of 30 series “auto-notify” buttons:
 
“Due to high demand, the notify queue sign-up is temporarily disabled. If you have a current queue position, EVGA will continue to process as stock is available.”
 
I don’t yet have more information other than they are continuing to process “invite to purchase” emails for those folks already in the queues.

I am 2/1/2021 7:31:59 am. 65-66 hours to go

I just got my notification (12G-P5-3657-KR 2/25/2021 9:03:29 AM PT Yes) in EU, but I cannot complete the checkout process. I get the error "Part Number : 12G-P5-3657-KR is sold out".
Has anyone had the same problem? I have already replied to the notification email explaining the problem. Can I expect an answer from supporteu@evga.com soon? Waiting 7 months for a GPU that I queued in the first 3 minutes and still not being able to purchase is a little disheartening...

I want to be optimistic. I want to get this as a sign for SUPER variants to be close to be officially announced and, with those, a new possibility for people to sign up in a shorter queue and have the possibility to get a VGA.
Hopefully, this time some VGAs will be allocated to EU too

Back in March, I've entered queue for 3060, and got my notification, and successfully bought it in May. And then I've entered queue on the same card, and my queue time is approaching. Will I be able to buy it, or will my order get cancelled? 

If it's the exact same SKU (either -KR or -KL variants, they both count as same SKU), then your order will be cancelled/denied. If it's a different SKU (say, 12G-P5-3655 and 12G-P5-3657), then you will be allowed to complete your order.

Oh man. Within 15 minutes for a 3897! Really coming down to the wire on if I'll have been in queue for a full year before getting a card.

Thank you! Good, that is at least a step in the right direction. If EVGA can't meet the demand, it's only honest to say so openly. This is especially true for the EU queue.
It would also be very helpful to have a few words of clarification as to whether EVGA intends to serve the EU queue even partially. At the moment it doesn't look like it.

Good morning,

I got excited over my queue notification email. I tried checking out yesterday evening, midnight, early morning, and right now. I keep getting this message on the payment page.

"The EVGA product with Part Number(s): (08G-P5-3755-KL) was automatically removed from your shopping cart due to insufficient stock."

I emailed EVGA last night. I also tried calling their customer center but doesn't open until 9AM PST which would be past my 20 hour window (8:11AM PST) anyways. Has anyone had any luck with this sort of situation?

Reply to the email you received. That will preserve the record. EVGA will get you sorted in a few days. You can also call them after 9 am PT, but definitely reply first.

I am going to have to agree with the latest Jayz video, adding a set of Super SKUs is really a slap in the face when they cannot meet demand for 30 series for people who queued in October 2020, then made everyone Elite prior to Ti launch and also made existing positions chose between LHR/non-LHR.  They keep opening up new lines instead of servicing existing ones (now I know NVIDIA calling the shots and partially has EVGA by the short hairs, but still).
 
How many lines are loyal customers going to have to wait in before they stop opening new lines for come-latelys to jump ahead in?  I dont have a horse in this race, other than the people who have been waiting since last year for a single card should definitely get precedence over all new 30-series SKUS if NVIDIA wants to keep creating all these variants.

Just a quick follow-up to the news from last night: that EVGA has suspended new registrations to the queues. 
 
I don't think this development is a reaction to further tightening of supply, but rather a recognition by EVGA that the queue, being in its second year of operation, is likely closer to the midway point of the 30 Series being the frontline gpu family than it is to the start of its era. Despite the administrative burden of executing the queue system, it has worked and it has generated -- on balance -- tremendous additional consumer goodwill for the EVGA brand...goodwill that could be dashed should the queue, at the end of the 30 series run, remain packed with registrants who may never receive their desired card. As we have seen with the Hybrids and the Hydro Coppers, EVGA can easily restart a queue should they work through the current universe of registrants. 
 
That is all a very long winded (for an amphibian) way of saying: if you are already in the queues, yesterday's news is unlikely to materially affect you; and, if you weren't already in the queues, then Best Buy, Microcenter, and eBay remain your best bet for lightening your wallet.  
 
In other news, I heard a rumor -- just a rumor -- that EVGA_JacobF was seen auditing an art class at his local Orange Coast College...hopefully that will bring good tidings to us, on this Titanic of Tuesdays. EVGAJF (pronounced "Ev-Ga-Jaf", for those youthful amphibians in the know) has also tweeted this morning that his minions should download the latest drivers for the early access (October 6-7) for the Battlefield 2042 Open Beta (that runs October 8-9). Plan accordingly.

Haven't seen any movement on the 3783 sku (3070ti) for weeks. Hopefully they didn't shelve that one, it stopped after getting to within a minute of me.
