Go to the product page and click on "Auto Notify" then put in the information it asks for. Though at this point anything you sign up for will be months away.

Try sitting at 15 seconds on a card that only released on AN day and none since. Got another from the same day which hasn't gotten anything since AN day at 2 min. That 19 minutes going to take a few weeks now.

I'm sorry to post this question here but I'm at my wit's end. I have an RMA replacement stuck at customs and they are holding me to ransom, and refusing to release my card. in short the problem according to the customs agent I spoke to for over four hours via email yesterday, EVGA has sent a proforma invoice with the replacement card according to the agent I spoke to, the proforma will not suffice as sufficient evidence for the item, and I need a commercial invoice.
easy enough to ask for or so i thought I went onto EVGA and put a request in to ask for a commercial invoice only to receive in both replies I got! the same proforma invoice which as I was told is no good and customs will not accept, and now I am stuck with customs holding me to ransom, and they won't release my card until I provide them with the correct form could you please contact me asap and provide me with a commercial invoice so I can get my card released from customs I did try to ring your support line and it was on hold for 25 mins then the call just hung up!

I tried shipping a CPU across seas for a sale I made on Ebay. I honestly to this day have no idea where it went. The usps tracker never said delivered, and it was gone. Reminded me of that.

I am a bit delayed reporting back because I had to change the steering rack on my sisters car but I have to say EVGA has really delivered on the customer service reputation I've heard so much about. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Pretty thrilled and still processing this reality. This is my first graphics card. It will be replacing an EVGA 970 SSC my friend loaned me to get my first computer running. This should be a decent performance uplift.
My wife also thanks everyone because she is hoping I will finally shut up about graphics cards. Lol silly girl thinks it's the end...

Agreed. I didn't research very well. It's not the same as mailing a birthday card to your grandmother or something. Insurance is a must. Thanks for the advice.

EVGA customer support hooked me up with another purchase link less than 15 minutes after I sent an email yesterday afternoon.
My 3070 TI XC3 Gaming is ordered & I selected ground shipping so it will arrive after I return from vacation.
I will remove my notifies for the other 3070s.

Glad you were able to get this resolved, enjoy your new card but watch the tracking as it goes across the country, you will have to sign for it when it gets there or sign up with UPS service and put a special delivery date so you know when you will be there, Cheers.
