If EVGA really wanted to battle the spam/Elite membership thing they would enable a minimum forum membership date along with number of posts. So instead of only 100 posts, it has to be 100 posts and 60 days...

Are you talking about the EVGA Queue Summary for North America? There is a time listed just above the table that tells you the time of the most recent update. I post updates twice a weekday (once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening), excluding EVGA holidays. It should be accurate as of the time stated above the table. Best of luck!

I finally got a 3898 after waiting since 9/17. Yes, I passed on a couple of cards in the mean time and could have had either a 3897 or a 3090 hybrid back in December, but I did not really want an air cooled card and the 3090 is overkill since it would only be used for gaming. I'm good with the 3898 and will most likely pass on the TI in lieu of a future generation. The 3898 will easily be able to hold it's own for the next 4-5 years. And this is an upgrade from an EVGA 980SC, so I think I was due.
Special thanks to enewt. And thanks to everyone else here who acts like an adult and isn't a ****y little c-word.

Thanks. The TI launch was a downer for sure, but it ended up being irrelevant because I knew that I was close to getting a 3898. I didn't know I was THIS close, but even another month or two would have been fine. In my case, again, since I was already really close to getting another card, the TI was not a good buy for me. It's too expensive to justify the small increase in performance. Now, if I was buried in other queues with no hope of getting a card in 2021 and I got a good time stamp for the TI, I probably would buy it, but only out of desperation.

This is where I'm at, I'm less than 8 hours away from 3897, but 10 minutes away from 3967 but I might buy the hybrid kit to go with it because I don't like the sound of those temps. Don't know which way to go.
