I wonder if the card I get will be LHR. I don't see listings for LHR cards on EVGA's site.

I think LHR card going to be separate SKUs, so when you checkout if your SKU is 3895, then it will definitely be non-LHR. Please do keep us update though, I'm very interested in finding this out as well.

So, back on Feb 1, I finally got the email for the 3767. When I clicked on the product link, it wouldn't let me but the card. A month before that I changed the email from yahoo to gmail because I could get the notification on all devices and yahoo sucks. I just finished calling up EVGA and they said I'm S.O.L. It's kind of messed up since it is one of the Sku's there're moving the most of. Anyway, a couple of folks reached out to me on this forum and suggested I should call, Thanks for all your help.

Damn I'm really sorry to hear that. But a golden rule for hard to get items is that once you have an avenue secure to get them, don't make any changes. I'm surprised to hear that EVGA wasn't accommodating though, as they've honored queue spots several months after the fact.

I believe the queue is North America which usually implies US, Canada, and Mexico; while I don't know about Mexico, they should deliver to Canada.

From a fellow Cannuck who got his card a few weeks ago, you are good. If you come up pay the upgraded shipping... Had my card in 26 hours after my notify dropped.

james1997bond This is interesting there has been I would say an unprecedented movement in the last couple of days, especially with 3897. Either supply is better or they're clearing up their current inventory for the LHR SKUs and the Ti series. The first week of June will be very interesting.
I think it's mostly because the 3897 queue has reached a point where auto-notifies are more spread out. It will continue this way and will likely speed up even more until 10/6 when it hits the second bottleneck. Then it will revert back to 20-30 seconds again, or thereabouts.

If following Christ doesn't get you a card, and antichrist himself can't get a card... Which religion do we have to follow for cards? Do we have to bow to the lizardfolk? Brb gonna give that a try..

The most important aspect people seem to miss out on the queue predictions specifically for the 3897 sku, is the fact that the date is still pre-queue announcement which was on 10/05. Meaning everyone including scalpers registered after that. I thought 2017 mining crisis was the worst, remember the days when $700 gpu was considered expensive?

There likely will be another spike in notifies once it gets to the announcement date. I got my 1080 Tis in august of 2017. Didn't really notice any shortage of cards until ~Jan and for like 4 months the only cards I could get my hands on around msrp were zotac 1060 3gbs. The used card sales in late 2018 and 2019 were great though.

i dont see miners dropping their RTX 30 series stock anytime soon. everything is too profitable. even non eth coins are holding well. and even once eip1559, and eth 2.0 Proof of Stake go live, i dont see a flood of used 3080s hitting the 2nd hand market. i dont think we will see 3080's hitting the used market till there is a 4080 replacement.

i just wish retail would find a way to deal with bots/scalpers. the odds of getting a card from amazon, bestbuy, newegg are crazy. i can't believe this far after release we are still having stock shortages. i'm begging someone to take 1000-1400 for a RTX 3080. for something that MSRP for what 700-900. i just can't bring my self to bay 3-4x msrp on ebay, plus i dont trust 90% of those sellers, plus i dont want evga voiding my warranty. I dont see how PC gaming survives if this doesn't get addressed soon.

I don't want to be negative here but I think it's just a reality now that the scalping situation will not improve at all in the foreseeable future, and will probably last for years now. Scalpers got a taste of it, can make a huge profit from it, know they can get away with it since nobody's doing anything against them (no laws and companies do not care who they sell their product to) and they will only double down on the future gens of cards because of all that. Anyone believing otherwise just plain refuses to see what's been going on for almost a year now, the facts are all there and I don't see why it would change. Even when the supply increases: they will just buy more and eventually control most of the market.

Unfortunately the second hand market is gona be trash bc Nvidia is shipping hundreds of millions of dollars worth of CMP garbage.

The implication that companies should "care" who buys it's product is hard to understand. We're not talking about military equipment, here. Ultimately, the queue, the shuffle, the verified gamer, etc. are good will marketing strategies but what the buyer does with the product after purchase isn't something that manufacturers should really be policing. Scalping high demand products isn't new and it isn't going away. Ultimately the only way to drive scalpers out of the game is to overproduce products. Something that cannot happen due to the numerous global issues right now, and also something that will never happen because businesses operate on the margins. Nobody wants to sit on thousands or millions of units of unsold inventory.
