not a chance, last time we had a good run like this EVGA decided to make 3898 and then service the Step Up queue until the end of September.
 
I'd love to be optimistic, but EVGA has given me no reason to be, but I would love to be wrong.

Who's keeping up with the spreadsheet (and the form that feeds into it)? Someone put the wrong dates in for a 3767, and that page is all messed up now.

I just reviewed and don't see an issue. Can you be more specific?

Not likely, because existing SKU's will transition to LHR including those already in queue.
 
So we don't have to requeue for the LHR units.

They poured alot of them into the step up queue. Step Up queue is already to the end of September.

1) Covid19
2) Water shortage in Tiawan closed all foundrys
3) VERY high demand
4) Contractual obligations to retail, only a small percentage for the very limited production goes to the queue. 
 
Every business that has chip needs is hurting, from our beloved GPUs to Automakers...

So basically if you get a 3080 after waiting for 8 months and next week or whatever you want to step up to a TI does that mean you have to wait another 8 months for the step up to catch up, or your step up will be linked to your position in queue for TI? I'm having problems understand how the whole thing works since I never used that system.
 
And regarding the step-up date: they basically took care of people that ALREADY had a card instead of the ones in queues for months? Great another reason why I still don't put much faith in EVGA anymore, that is unacceptable if it's the case.

Given that they have only hit the end of September for the step up queue, those people would have purchased a 20 series 3 months before the 3080 launch.

Sounds like a better plan like someone suggested before to just get my 3080 and then buy the TI and sell the 3080 after I got both. Not like it's going to be really hard I think to sell the regular one for the same price I paid.

Damn that is some fast movement on the 3897. That's good to see. I'm 10/13 so fingers crossed! It seemed like the queue moved over 24 hours in the last couple of days. I just hope it's not because they're clearing out the 3897 inventory and will get rid of the queues once the new SKUs drop. I think they said the LHR queues are going to be different SKUs, so will get carried over to that queue, or will we have to sign up again?

LHR cards will take over the queue once non-LHR are discontinued.

From a recent tweet, it looks like the K|NGP|N Hydro Copper queue might receive a (likely small) drop tomorrow. Hopefully the other queues get some love too. I now count at least 16 queues that haven't had at least one drop in the last 30 days (four that have never had a reported drop). Including the KPE HC water block kit, that leaves only 14 queues that are currently "active".  With the impending launch of the 3080 Tis and 3070 Tis, the number of total queues will increase, but I wonder whether we will still hover around 14 active lines....
 
Today marked another new day in the 3897 queue...its timeline has finally reached September 22, hardly an auspicious milestone on May 27, 2021. However, it is clear that the registration density of the first few days has waned and assuming some reasonable drops, the queue should progress fairly rapidly (relatively speaking) to the afternoon of October 5 when the queue process was formally announced (at which time the queue will slow to a snail's pace again).
 
We go again tomorrow (and then break for the three day holiday).
